If you are not satisfied with the Spanish courses and/or accommodations, simply give your complaint in writing to the Spanish school within the first week of class. The school will rectify the situation within 1 or 2 working days.

If you still feel that our services are not in accordance with the description of the brochure and/or website, we'll talk about it. If we agree that the services have not met our guarantee, we will refund your Spanish course & accommodation fees. If we cannot reach an agreement, we'll allow an independent arbitrator appointed by the local govenment to determine whether or not the situation warrants your request to receive a refund.
